Design And Realization Of Ultrasonic Heat Meter System Based On SOC Chip

With the development of Small caliber heat charging,and also the winter air quality has deteriorated in recent years,the heart charging has been paid more attention to.Domestic small caliber ultrasonic heat meter technology is relatively backward and late compared to foreign development country,The traditional small caliber ultrasonic heat meter measurement program is basically composed of microcontroller plus analog peripheral devices or the use of the German ACAM dedicated time digital conversion chip TDC-GP21 and other components,The system hardware is complex,the cost is high,and all these limit the development of the domestic small caliber ultrasonic heat meter a certain extent.This paper presents the design of a small aperture ultrasonic calorimeter using a special integrated circuit SOC chip to replace the traditional complex separation circuit and time digital conversion TDC-GP21 chip.Thereby reducing the total cost of small caliber ultrasonic heat meter system,simplifying the hardware and software system and optimizing product performance.This paper mainly introduces the measuring principle of small caliber ultrasonic flow measurement and heat,technology design index,completed the hardware design,system software design,and puts forward the single wave driving ultrasonic method,and verify the precision of the proposed method,the amplitude of the zero point comparison compensation algorithm,improved the traditional scheme of ultrasonic sensor in the received signal flow,difference signal amplitude compared with upstream from the software point of view,Finally,from the test results,the small caliber ultrasonic heat metering scheme designed in this project meets the national standard requirements.
