Study On And Application Of The Form Gene Of Rail Vehicle

The development of rail transit business plays an important role in promoting the economic and social development of the whole country.China has established a transportation system with rail transit as the backbone transportation and coordinated development of diversified transportation ways.Currently,China has made great achievements in various fields of rail transit vehicles.The researches on the form design of rail transit vehicles include the research of bionic design,the research of cultural appeal-oriented design,and the research of form aesthetics.The concept of form gene is introduced in the form design of rail transit vehicles,which provides theoretical support for the design and manufacturing of vehicles in the future,and offers a feasible method for product designers and enterprises to build brand image of rail transit vehicles.The related theories of form genes are sorted out,and the dominant genes,recessive genes and gene characteristics of products are analyzed.The representative form information of rail transit vehicles in seven countries,e.g.China,Germany,Japan and France,are extensively collected and analyzed.The necessity of conducting vehicle form design by using form genes is affirmed.The form feature deconstruction of rail vehicles by the method of form analysis and the form gene extracting by the method of design form analysis(DFA)are investigated.The visual expression methods of vehicle's form gene are sorted out,and the steps of gene extraction and gene application of rail transit vehicles are put forward.The method is applied to the form design and research of the trams in CRRC Tangshan Co.,Ltd.,and the design practice is performed.Firstly,the form information of the track vehicles in Tangshan Company with eight categories and seventeen types are collected and analyzed.Secondly,the form features of the vehicles of Tangshan Company are extracted and DFA table is made to further obtain the combination genes and form genes of Tangshan Company through investigation.Thirdly,after determining the external constraints of the overall size and local size of the trams,the method of shape grammar is adopted to deduct new forms,and the deducted form is selected to be applied to the form design of tram.Finally,the design scheme is evaluated to verify the inheritance of it.
