| With the rapid development of China’s industrial economy,the domestic demand for engineering vehicles is also increasing,but the modeling design similarity of domestic engineering vehicles is high,and the product feature differentiation is not obvious.The product design of engineering vehicles generally follows the principle that design follows function,and the design of snow thrower is no exception.In the design of snow thrower,some people attach importance to the development of technology but ignore the problem of design.In the form design method of small snow thrower,there is still a certain gap in China.This project aims to design the shape of a small snowplow that fits the orientation of the campus environment by combining shape grammar with pan-ethnic method.This method USES the rules of shape grammar to deduce the shape design of small snowplow,and combines the advantages of pan-population theory in product design to innovate the rules of shape grammar of snowplow.First of all,through the research and analysis of the campus environment,the perceptual image of small snowplow is positioned to screen the pan-ethnic products with the same positioning.Secondly,shape analysis method was used to extract the initial shape of the modeling features of small snow throwers,and weight factor analysis was carried out on the features.Then,the features and rules of the pan-ethnic group were extracted and extended to the modeling design of snow throwers to form a novel combination of modeling features according to the shapes of new products.After that,an innovative design scheme for the shape of a small snow remover conforming to the product image positioning was generated.Finally,the feasibility of the design process of pan-ethnic innovation based on shape grammar is verified by oral analysis and perceptual evaluation.The research design in this paper realizes the innovation of shape grammar design process through the theory of pan-population,which provides certain guidance and reference significance for enterprises in product modeling design. |
