RV reducer is a planetary transmission and the use of the crank shaft to achieve the cycloid drive reducer,it has the advantages of compact structure,strong overload capacity and high reliability.At present,the domestic RV reducer is only in the production stage,the main reason is that the domestic RV reducer has the disadvantages of low transmission accuracy,large vibration noise and short life,in addition,the domestic research on the reliability of RV reducer is relatively small,and the research on reliability theory of RV reducer is not perfect,therefore,The research on the reliability of RV reducer is of great significance to promote its development.Firstly,Pro/ENGINEER is used to build a model of the various parts of the RV reducer,the assembly is completed according to their corresponding position relationship,and it is subjected to correlation test,then the ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze the transient dynamics of the planetary gear,cycloid gear and rolling bearing of RV reducer,furthermore,the fatigue life analysis is carried out,which provides a theoretical basis for life prediction.Secondly,the reliability calculation model of the key parts of the RV reducer is established,and the reliability calculation of the planetary gear,cycloid gear and rolling bearing is completed.The results show that the reliability of planetary gear and cycloid gear is relatively high,and it is not easy to damage,the biggest force is the roller bearing crank shaft bearing,and its lowest reliability,consequently,the needle roller bearing reliability directly restricts the reliability of the whole machine.Thirdly,Fault tree analysis is used to find the failure mode of the main components of the RV reducer,and a fault tree is established based on the failure of the RV reducer,the weak link of RV reducer and the factors that affect its normal operation are analyzed,at the same time,the fault state of the RV reducer and the fault state of each part are organically linked together,it greatly improves the efficiency of analysis.At last,based on the existing conditions,a comprehensive test scheme of the RV reducer is designed,and a reasonable failure criterion of the RV reducer is selected,which lays the theoretical foundation for the reliability test of the RV reducer.
