Telescopic Boom Aerial working platform is widely used in ship industry because of its high working efficiency,such as Hull welding,painting and rust removing.High operation skills are needed for driving the vehicle for its high accident rate.Traditional teaching is focused on teaching materials,videos and classes,and students can not operate in person.In this paper,the virtual reality technology and semi-physical simulation technology are used in teaching and training system,in order to improve the learning subjectivity and training efficiency.In this paper,study the routine of telescopic Boom Aerial working platform and analyze the functional requirements,dividing the software functions into teaching part,practising part and examination part.The teaching and training system is divided into data operation layer,business management layer and interactive presentation layer.Established the kinematics mathematical model of vehicle's arm system with D-H parameter method and obtained the homogeneous transformation matrix and the velocity relation between the motion joints.Based on the Euler-Bernoulli beam bending vibration equation,eatablished the bending vibraton equation of a stepped beam with tip mass.Use Unity3D,Maya and PhotoShop,completing the virtual models and the scene of the buildings.In the.NET2.0 platform,using OOT design method to complete the MySQL local database structures and software function module detailed design.According to the operating vehicle electro-hydraulic control schematic diagram,use SIEMENS S7-226CN PLC to complete programming the logic function operation of the vehicle controller button.Based on the principle of polarization 3D display,studyed and tested the upper and lower polarized stereoscopic image processing methods.Finally,used Profiler optimization tool to optimize the training system software.In the assessment mode,a method of coding the colliding the body and students'operation oders was proposed,in order to write subjective questions and assessment scores,which had a certain degree of innovation.The research results of this subject improved the traditional training system and enhanced the training of fun,which combined with mechanical and electrical integration technology.
