Mixing the rubber powder and asphalt can make crumb rubber modified asphalt,which can not only recycle the waste tire,but also can improve the technical performance of asphalt concrete.Because of the large viscosity of rubber powder modified asphalt mixture and required high temperature,mixing,rolling process in the production,lead to the construction difficulty bigger,more quality control..This paper will combination warm mix technology with rubber modified asphalt technology,study on reducing the mixing and compaction temperatures of crumb rubber modified asphalt without affecting the performance of rubber modified asphalt and reduce harmful gas emissions,improve the applicability of crumb rubber modified asphalt.In this research,four kinds of warm water mixing agent,EC120 warm mix agent,EWMA-1 warm mix agent,Aspha-min warm mix agent,are used to study the impact of 70# Zhenhai asphalt and crumb rubber modified asphalt performances,aging,viscosity,and preferably a warm mix agent.At the same time,the 5 kinds of warm mix agent were mixed with asphalt mixture to test the softening point,penetration,viscosity and compaction of asphalt mixture,and preferably a material.The preferred warm mix agent and research warm mix agent combine with rubber modified asphalt to test performance for mixed mixture.By comparing the two kinds of mixing agent warm mixed results to rubber powder modified asphalt mixture verify the feasibility of the research and development of mixing agent.The test shows that warm mix technique reduces the temperature of rubber powder modified asphalt mixture construction,improve the performance of mixtures,and in line with China's environmental friendly green transportation policy requirements,and have greater social benefits.
