With the increase of our car ownership,Waste tire processing problems has become increasing seriously,So it is urgent to find a solution of energy saving and environmental protection.Rubber modified asphalt technology provides an effective way to solve the problem of waste tire.However,hot mix rubber modified asphalt mixture Construction temperature is very high,in this process will release extensive toxic,harmful gases,polluting the environment,threatening the health of workers,Combined with warm mix technology can solve technical defects of hot mix rubber modified asphalt mixture.In this paper,the warm mixing technology is applied to rubber modified asphalt mixture It has been showed that warm mix rubber modified asphalt mixture can reduce the energy consumption on the basis of the performance of the mixture road and reduce the harmful gas emission achievement the energy saving and environmental protection.It is match with the basic topic of "saving resources and protecting the environment".Has far-reaching social and economic significance worth of promotion.First of all,based on the Marshall volume design method,designing rubber modified asphalt mixture,the optimal asphalt content is 5.4%.mixing and compaction temperature of the warm mix asphalt mixture was determined by the variable temperature Marshall test based on the principle of porosity.The results show that mixing and compaction temperature of the warm mix asphalt mixture is lower 19? than hot mix asphalt mixture.Secondly,the three-axis repeated loading creep test was carried out for four kinds of rubber modified asphalt mixture(HRMAM @60 mesh,WRMAM @60 mesh,HRMAM@complex mesh,WRMAM @complex mesh),and the results showed that the high temperature performance of the mixture was improved.The low temperature bending test and the bending creep test showed that the low temperature resistance performance of the mixture was also improved.According to four-point bending fatigue test,The fatigue properties of the mixture also can be improved.Finally,dynamic characteristics of four kinds of mixtures were studied.The results showed that dynamic modulus of the mixture decreased at low temperature,phase angle increased;however,dynamic modulus increased at high temperature,and phase angle decrease,Which Indicating the high temperature resistance and low temperature anti-cracking ability of the mixture have been improved,this results further proved thesuperiority of the warm mix asphalt.
