The Study Of Electronic Probe Micro-analyzer Remote Laboratory

Electron probe is an analytical instrument that analyzes the chemical composition o f the micro-area of the sample.Because of the rapid and easy operation of the electronic probe,the wide test range and the high measurement accuracy,the electron probe is widely used in the fields of electronic materials,medicine,geology,archeology,biology,metallurgy and other fields.However,due to the high cost of expensive instruments,the large scientific instrument for experimental teaching is still a scarce resource.To lift the experiment level of the students and researchers through network teaching and on-site training,it's a preferred method which can break the geographical constraints and ease the experimental teaching pressure.At present,the relevant network laboratories have been established for more than ten kinds of scientific instruments.The network laboratory for electronic probes,although there have been reports of related virtual laboratory construction,but there is not much information on the remote network lab used for experimental teaching and remote expert collaboration experiments.According to the above problems,this paper has developed a set of electronic probe remote networ k laboratory.According to the demand analysis of remote laboratory,we use the B / S software architecture to construct the system framework.And the remote laboratory platform software is designed according to the expected functions and user demands.Remote laboratory platform software consists of two parts--server applications and audio and video controls.The database – one part of server applications-is developed by Mysql technology based on the overall design and physical design development.we use the SSH framework and technologies of JSP and AJ AX to develop the remote lab Web platform in the server application,and establish three subsystems--remote lab management subsystem,resource sharing subsystem and interaction subsystem.We have realized functional modules' developments for example user management,live video sharing and voice interaction,ect.The audio and video controls are developed by Active X technology combined with Socket technology from the client and server-side to provide technical support for the Web platform.The user load and run controls through the Web interface and establish contact to the server-side controls to achieve video streaming display and forwarding.The voice broadcast and multi-point interaction are implemented by combined with UDP technology.In this paper,we test function of network platform and audio and video controls for the remote network laboratory,the module can achieve the design function,network laboratory platform running in good condition and stable performance.
