The Post Evaluation Research On The Transformation Project Of The Country Electric Network Based On AHP-fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

The country electric network is the infrastructure that can guarantee the rural economic development and the scientific technological progress in each region.For the few past years,the investment of the country electric network transformation and upgrade project is continue to growth.The evaluation method which is based on the quality acceptance of the project can't prove the effectiveness and reasonableness of the project.Through the establishment of post evaluation index system for the country electric network transformation project,we can improve and prefect the construction level and increase economic benefits of the project.The results of the post evaluation are also able to possess specified reference value to other power supply companies.The paper reached on the post evaluation of the country electric network.It put forward the index system based on the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Comparing to the traditional method of the post evaluation,the new method thought about the accuracy of the subject assessment and analyzed the success criteria of the project in quality and quantity.The paper had a case study on X company whose results accorded to the facts.First,through the inspection of a large number of relevant literature,the paper combined with the previous results and the requirement of the research and determined the method which was the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Next,the paper determined the index system through the utilization of AHP.The object layer is the post evaluation of the country electric network.The criterion layer involved the project process evaluation,the economic benefits evaluation,the social efficiency evaluation and the sustainability performance evaluation.The index layer involved 11 indicators.We finally concluded that the indictors of the economic evaluation of project,the economic sustainability evaluation and the satisfaction of the town were more important than others.Based on the conclusion,we determined the post evaluation index system.Finally,we had a case study on country electric network from the X company in Inner Mongolia.It got the synthesis score of 80.3907,and the evaluation grade standard was good.
