Research On Risk Management Of Construction Protect Based On BIM

The construction industry is an integral part of the national economic development,in recent years,with the aggravation of the market competition,the investment of the construction project is increasing,the design concept is constantly innovating,and the technical difficulty has been increasing.In this environment,the risk of the construction project is showing more and more obvious diversity,and the difficulty of risk management is also increasing.The emergence of modern information technology,especially BIM(Building Information Model)technology to the construction industry has brought a rare opportunity.The high integration and sharing of BIM technology make the efficiency of the project in the whole process greatly improved,at the same time,reduce the risk and increase the benefits of the project.In this paper,based on the analysis of construction project risk and BIM technology,BIM technology is applied in the field of construction project risk management in order to study the project risk management.First of all,through deep researches on BIM technology and risk management literature,introduces the related theories,and analyzes the advantages of BIM technology in various stages of risk management in construction project;secondly,with the help of BIM collaboration platform,this paper begins with the collection,processing,transmission and sharing of construction project risk information,and then constructs the risk management information model of construction project based on BIM by taking the RFID technology as information collection,transmission means,complex event processing technology as information processing means and 4D-BIM as analysis tools,and describes in detail the risk information exchange standard of BIM collaboration platform and the key methods to be used in the risk management process;finally,based on the Java language,this paper designs the interface and develops the function of the construction project risk management system,and through the application of the case simulation,the risk management process becomes simple and efficient,it realizes the automation and standardization of risk management of construction project.
