aerospace manufacturing plays a strong supporting role in high-tech weapon research and national major projects,including manned spaceflight,lunar exploration,and large launch vehicles etc.At present,plate and frame monolithic components with lighting characteristics are widely used in rockets,satellites and relative products.They effectively shorten the assembly period of spacecraft,increase its strength and improve the mechanical properties.However,the aerospace panel parts are of various structural features and complex structures.At different research and development stages,the product structure will be optimized and improved.Hence,frequent changes of the two-dimensional design leads to low efficiency,restricting the spacecraft development.To solve the above problems,the establishment and application of MBD manufacturing model for panel parts was studied.The main research contents are listed as follows:(1)On the basis of summarize of relevant literatures in domestic and abroad,the definition of manufacturing model and the composition of MBD manufacturing model are discussed.The relationship among rough model,process model and part model is expounded.The establishment of forward and backward manufacturing information model is put forward with formulations described by the digital formula model.(2)By analyzing panel parts,its features may be divided into surfaces,grooves,tendons,and holes.Different 3D parametric feature models with MBD annotations are established,comprising a complete UDF library.Process model of panel parts can be established quickly by DFM model and UDF features.(3)Aimed at the “hedgehog”phenomenon in MBD manufacturing model of complex panel parts,design information and manufacturing information of panel parts are described by view information,sectional model,feature information,annotation layer,process information and part management information,using expression formula of 3D dimensioning rules.Technical staff can quickly obtain interested information of the panel parts.(4)The MBD processing model for manufacturing,3D process cards and the detection model were established by SolidWorks.Based on the MBD manufacturing model,the NC codes for the panel parts were generated in NX software.The manufacturing experiment and quality detection proved the practicability and availability of the proposed method.
