Industrial wastewater and urban sewage are rich in a large amount of heat energy.Sewage source heat pump technology is one of the important technical means recycling utilization of sewage source heat.Due to sewage properties,the different types of the sewage source heat pump system in sewage heat exchanger becomes a key heat pump performance,the pH of the wastewater and the suspended sediment concentration is the key restriction of various kinds of metal heat exchanger applications.In this paper,based on the excellent acid and alkali resistance,oxidation resistance and thermal conductivity of PTFE,PVDF,the design and application of the heat exchanger are studied.On the basis of theoretical analysis,design the laboratory bench plastic heat exchanger used in sewage source heat pump system,and carried out a large number of experiments,got a lot of useful experimental data,and the data are analyzed and discussed,and some valuable conclusions are obtained.The experimental design of the plastic heat exchanger consists of 740 long 0.6m,6mm * 0.5mm polyvinylidene fluoride heat exchange tube,wherein the tube spacing S1 is 8.66 mm,S2 is 10 mm,the arrangement of the form of the fork.Plastic heat exchanger main body volume 0.048 m fand heat transfer area of 8.36 square meters,is very compact.The plastic heat exchanger is arranged in the small tube diameter,which is helpful to improve the heat exchange area of the heat exchanger and weaken the influence of the small thermal conductivity.The experimental results show that under the experimental conditions.The average convective heat transfer coefficient of the medium side of the plastic heat exchanger is about 150.65 W/?·?~ 301.29 W/?·?.The average convective heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchanger is 418.16 W/?·? ~ 836.32 W/?·?.The average heat transfer coefficient is used to determine the heat transfer coefficient of the plastic heat exchanger at 262.26 ~ 363.76 262.26 W/?·? ~ 363.76 W/?·?.Sewage source heat pump system is an organic whole,plastic sewage source heat exchanger is an important part of the sewage source heat pump system,sewage source heat exchanger and plastic for operation of sewage source heat pump is the mutual influence,a good match between the two is the key to the efficient operation of the heat pump system.The experimental results show that the plastic heat exchanger performance of heat pump system,heat pump compressor power,heat pump COP value has influence.
