Analysis Of Virtual Water Trade In China

China is a water-rich country from the perspective of total water resources,but it is one of the 14 countries with the world's poorest water resources from China's per capita water resources.With the rapid development of China's economy,population growth and economic development,the water demand is growing,while the pollution of water resources is also more and more serious,water resources has become an important factor restricting China's economic development.This paper attempts to provide an effective way to alleviate the tension of water resources and ensure the safety of water resources from the concept of "virtual water".In this paper,first it will introduce the value-based input-output model,and then adds the water resources as a factor in the construction of water resources-value input-output table,respectively,in 2010 and 2012,the national economy 11 departments of direct water use coefficient,Coefficient and virtual water import and export trade volume.The results show that the water use coefficient of agriculture is the highest;industrial metal products manufacturing,mining,chemical industry,food and beverage manufacturing and tobacco products and textile and garment and leather products manufacturing industry is high;from 11 departments Look at our country or virtual water imports,and agriculture and heavy industry is a virtual water imports,light industry is a virtual water exports,from the international analysis,trade has been increasing.Then,the introduction of this reference factor in Japan,the Sino-Japanese water use and trade status of the comparison.The results show that China's water use coefficient is generally higher than that of Japan,that is,water efficiency is lower than that of Japan.In China and Japan trade,China has been exporting virtual water to Japan,but there is a downward trend.Finally,according to the previous research results,we will make suggestions on improving and optimizing the structure of virtual water trade in China...
