En-route Capacity Evaluation Research Based On Multi Agent

The development process of China's civil aviation is limited by infrastructure,en-route airspace resources,personal qualities and management level.And the demand of air traffic and airspace en-route capacity became a prominent contradiction,thus en-route congestion is a common phenomenon.Therefore,with the increasing in the number of flights and the continuous development of civil aviation in our country,this paper did research on how to effectively evaluate the route capacity,improve the efficiency of the route.A scientific and reasonable objective assessment of the future airway route capacity,in our existing airspace structure and established routes conditions,is a cost-effective way to solve the route congestion.And the aim is develop flight schedule and flight plan rationally,reduce flight delay.Based on the actual operation status of China's airway route,this paper studies and analyzes the relevant routes assessment model from the domestic and abroad.And combined with the research status of Multi Agent technology from the domestic and abroad,the research on route capacity evaluation is carried out by using Multi Agent theory and route capacity model.Firstly,by studying the route capacity evaluation,we could learn the evaluation methods of route capacity and get the route capacity evaluation model from the paper;Then,research the Multi Agent theory from domestic and abroad to correction,traditional route capacity,evaluation the intelligent simulation and the shortcoming of poor flexibility;And then combined the route capacity evaluation model and the method of Multi Agent.This paper combines both of the theories,constructed the route capacity evaluation model based on the Multi Agent.Finally,on the Visual Studio platform,the C # language is used to design the computer program about the route capacity evaluation model in this paper.Thus,in order to improve the efficiency of airway route,provide theoretical reference for route capacity assessment,promote the effective management of flights,reduce flight delays and increase airline revenue.
