Researching On Assessment System Of Hospital Construction Quality

The quality of hospital construction is not only related to the quality of health services and working environment of medical staff,but also related to the health of patients.Because of the specificity of its function and the complexity of management,the quality of hospital construction is more important significance.How to evaluate the quality of hospital construction comprehensively,scientifically and objectively,and to scientific supervise,manage and control the quality of hospital construction on this basis has become a matter of great concern to the whole society.This paper will be expounds the process and characteristics of hospital construction quality management according to the current situation and the difficulties encountered in the actual management of the quality of hospital construction,and discussion on the quality control points and measures of hospital construction quality management at various stages.First of all,this paper will research on the current situation and practical experience of quality management at home and abroad by reading literature,and summarize the key points of quality management and the key of quality evaluation of construction project;Secondly,this paper will deep analysis the connotation and main points of hospital construction engineering quality through expert evaluating,which method can qualitative and comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting the quality of hospital construction projects by collecting the experience and data from different experts from different levels and different identities.Thirdly,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to analyze the basic data quantitatively,and calculate the influence degree of each evaluation index from different levels.Fourthly,this paper will analysis and summary the evaluation results,sort the evaluation index to find the key factors,and formulate quality control measures by quality management method.Finally,the paper will apply the evaluation system to hospital construction project,and formulate corresponding management measures.This paper will establish a systematic scientific and targeted hospital construction systematic,scientific and targeted evaluation system,and apply the evaluation system to hospital construction project to improving the quality management level of hospital construction project and the quality management ability of hospital construction managers.
