Research On Quality Management System Of LD Commerce Plaza Construction

In the age of "Quality is the lifeline of a corporation", quality management is the core of project management work, is the key to determining the overall project success or failure. But the core of the project quality management is how to establish and implement the project quality management system. Although China’s overall level of construction quality and service quality continues to improve, but contrast to international standards, our quality management and control level is still a big gap.This paper integrated the LD project with quality management system and method of research and practice, Effectively ensure the LD project the first acceptance. Firstly, summarized the domestic and foreign research status and main research contents, introduces the research methods and route of this paper.Secondly, introduce the LD project’s basic situation and the overall planning and construction quality goal, and analyze the status of quality management of the whole project and the external environment, expounds the urgency and necessity to carry out the quality standard. Third, through the theory of total quality management(TQM) and ISO9000 quality management system and GB/T19001-GB/T50430 project of China’s construction enterprises quality management system combined with LD as a guide, expounded the structure of management system, construction method and the specific contents with LD business plaza. Fourth, through the application of quality management system for research object, focuses on the construction process of the prior,during and after the control is explored. Using AHP method for construction project quality factors analysis,find the key quality control points and draw the conclusion, finally achieve the effective application of the project, to be a reference and exemplary role for the quality management of the similar construction projects play. Finally, the specific measures for the establishment of the LD project, from a technical method of quality management, guarantee measures and raw material inspection and assurance means gives detailed operation standards and regulations. In the end, fully accomplish quality goals of the LD project.
