In the process of practice,there are many stakeholders participating in agent construction projects,and the relationship between them has their nationality.How to do a good job of project risk management under the complex and changeable environment of risk factors has become a key consideration of the participants,especially the quality risk management will directly affect the level of project management.Therefore,how to improve the quality risk management level of agent construction projects and reduce the impact of quality risk is an important issue that needs to be solved urgently in theory and practice.Based on the practice of Dao agent construction management in 005 County of N city,this paper systematically introduces the quality risk management and research status of Dao agent construction project,the related theory of agent construction system,the management process of agent construction project and the process and method of quality risk identification and evaluation,and makes an empirical analysis with the case of Dao agent construction project in 005 County of N city,emphatically elaborates.The quality risk of highway agent construction project is analyzed and revised by analytic hierarchy process and improved clustering analysis method from early stage decision-making,bidding,survey and design,construction to late stage completion and acceptance.The risk is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on Grey theory,and the quality is obtained.In order to provide reference and reference for the quality risk management of other agent construction projects,the risk level should be adjusted dynamically according to the corresponding countermeasures.
