With the accelerating process of urbanization in China,the problem of traffic congestion in urban area is becoming more and more serious.It is one of the effective measures to alleviate the problem of traffic congestion in urban central area by vigorously developing rail transit and building parking facilities.Parking site selection is one of the important contents of the planning and construction of the parking facilities.At present,the research on the parking site selection is relatively deep,but the research on the parking site selection is not enough,especially in the track Traffic-based parking transfer location study is particularly lacking.The rationality of parking facilities is the prerequisite for the function of parking transfer.Therefore,it is very meaningful to study the location of parking facilities in mountainous cities based on rail transit.Firstly,from the concept of mountain city,this paper analyzes the influence of the special terrain and geomorphology of the mountainous city on the residents’ travel,and finds out the influence of the mountainous city and the city of the mountain city.The residents travel mainly to rail transit,car,bus,and walking mainly,the number of trips is lower than that of the plain city,the travel time is longer and the cross-group travel ratio is gradually increasing;and the mountain city parking and transfer status are analyzed and summarized Mountain city parking transfer planning site selection conditions,land use rate is low,the use of operating efficiency is not high and so on.Secondly,combined with the results of the analysis of urban parking characteristics,this paper analyzes the travel time cost,comfort cost and travel cost of rail transit and car transfer,and establishes the generalized travel cost model.Conditions,analysis of the parking transfer mode,transfer facilities reasonable range of attraction method.Then,based on the assumption that the car traveler only drives the car and stops the two travel options,through the questionnaire survey of the car traveler,the traveler’s age and monthly income,the central area road congestion degree,the railroad car crowded the number of travel time(minutes)and the parking cost of the six characteristic variables,the establishment of a two Logit probability model to predict the future mountain city based on rail transit parking transfer mode transfer.Finally,to determine the location principle of rail transit and car parking facilities,combined with the characteristics of mountain city,analyze the factors that affect the location of parking facilities,the quantitative analysis of traffic intensity between mountainous city center on this basis,build.According to the location method of the parking transfer facilities in this article,the layout of the transfer facilities is selected in the Banan District and Yubei District,which are connected in series 3,and the track station is selected as the actual case analysis.In this paper,we study the related problems of the parking lot transfer in the mountainous city,the forecasting model of parking demand demand for mountainous city and the maximization of stop-type passenger traffic are planned as the main purpose,Which has laid a foundation for perfecting the theory and method of urban transportation facilities planning.
