Study On The Construction Of Energy Consumption Monitoring Platform And Its Appliacation In Conservation-oriented Campus

In the background of the global energy crisis, the state proposes a strategic initiativeto promote energy saving in our society. The construction of a conservation-orientedcampus is an important part of achieving this initiative. For quantitativemanagement and real-time monitoring of campus energy consumption, it isnecessary to establish a sound regulatory system----campus energy monitoringsystem. The core of the regulatory system is saving energy monitoring platform, andthe paper is mainly expanded around energy consumption monitoring platform.However, the research in this area is still at the exploratory stage in our country,more practice but less theory. Most of the literature is about the engineering practicesummary of the institutions, and of it the theoretical guidance is rare. This article isscoping studied based on previous work and combined with engineering practice ofconserving energy monitoring system. The core content of this article includes thefollowing four parts.First, the composition of energy monitoring system and the function of each part.Second, the introduction of the general framework of energy consumptionmonitoring platform, the composition of the hardware and software and theunderlying database.In addition, as an example to the construction of energy consumption monitoringplatform of Jilin jianzhu University, this article describes the program design intheory and the project implementation process of energy consumption monitoringplatform.Finally, this article collect the school’s campus energy consumption statistics byusing this platform. By comparison with the school’s campus energy consumptiondata in the past few years and the national college energy consumption standards,this article analyzes the reasons for the school’s low energy consumption and proposes further energy saving measures.The construction of energy monitoring system has injected new vitality for theconstruction of a conservation-oriented campus. It helps to reach the green campusdemonstration and has the effect of enlightenment, education, advocacy,demonstration and popularization. Moreover, it promotes the harmoniousdevelopment of human and nature.
