As a basic industry of the national economy,electricity is an important guarantee for economic development and social progress.Power grid enterprises shoulder the important task of ensuring the normal operation of the national economy and improving people’s living standards.Power system reform exacerbated the market competition of power grid enterprises.In order to build a strong power grid and enhance its core competitiveness,it is necessary to constantly improve its operation and management capabilities,stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,and give full play to its personnel.The core of operational management capabilities is to enhance operational performance evaluation.Therefore,it is significant to establish a set of scientific and practical power grid operation performance evaluation system.This article used the comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the operational performance of the State Grid S Institute.On the premise of consulting domestic and foreign literature,it first discussed the research status quo of domestic and international enterprise performance evaluation and grid operation performance evaluation,and described the development stage of operation and management,the performance of enterprise operation,the function of enterprise operation performance evaluation and the situation and influencing factors of power grid enterprise operation performance evaluation.In addition,it analyzed the necessity of evaluating the operational performance of State Grid S Institute,and put forward the company’s operational performance evaluation system at this stage,and problems after the implementation.Secondly,on the basis of the existing index system,it used the balanced scorecard to perfect and supplement it and construct a new index system.The combination weighting method was adopted to determine the index weight,and the matter-element extension model was improved to construct a new evaluation model.Thirdly,through empirical analysis,it verified the feasibility of the evaluation model in the operational performance evaluation,identified the weak links in the operation and management of the company and founded the deficiencies of the existing evaluation system.At last,some suggestions for improvement were put forward from the evaluation index and evaluation system. |
