The Research On Key Technology And Engineering Practice Of Assembled Steel Structure Residence

With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,environmental protection and resource saving have gained more attention of people gradually.At the meaning time,the construction industry,as an important support of the national economy,is also in great urgently of transformation and upgrading.Compared with the conventional construction industry,the fabricated steel structure housing is more suitable in accompany with the principle "four resource savings and one environmental protection" and the strategic demand of sustainable development,which makes it the future of the construction industry.The technical problems of the enclosure system is an important issue that hinder the development of the fabricated steel structure,so it is of great significance to research on the internal and external wall panels as the important components of the enclosure structure.As this is the first fabricated steel structure housing project in Anhui Province,through the experimental research and finite element analysis of the internal and external wall panels of the project,this paper mainly has studied the structural performance of the internal wall panel,the installation technique of the external wall panel and the monitoring of the whole installation and construction,as well as the external wall panels " the upper part pulls,the lower part holds " type node connection,the influence of load on structural deformation is simulated and analyzed.The failure mode,deflection deformation and cracking load of internal wall panels under uniform load.The research on prefabricated assembly building should be carried out objectively and comprehensively,analyzing its technical factors in engineering practice,has great importance for the prefabricated assembly building promotion.
