A Measurement Of The Subject And Object Matching During Subway Construction

With the speeding up of urban modernization,the quantity of urban subways is growing and the construction scale becomes larger and larger.Meanwhile,due to the concealment,uncertainty and high quality of the project,its complexity is becoming increasingly obvious.Since the subject of subway construction are human,whose competence are different from each other and may determines the efficiency of the project,thus,it is related to the issue whether the construction enterprises and construction personnel are qualified for the project and can satisfied the needs of the requirement,which affect the success of the project.Therefore,it is necessary to study the subject and the object matching during the construction,that is,the matching between "subject capacity and project demand".It is the basis for ensuring a high efficiency of the subject and smooth operation of the project.Referencing relative criterion and combining the method of literature research and induction,this thesis first analyzed the influencing factors of the subject and object matching during the construction of subway.Then,based on the main characteristics of construction stage of subway project on limited construction site,high construction technology and high risk of construction,and specific contents during the construction of subway,this thesis explored characteristics of the composition of the object from two aspects of project environment in different complexities and the construction technology.Next,the author analyzed the complexity of the project environment from the geological conditions,hydrologic conditions,underground pipelines and surrounding buildings,analyzed the construction technology from construction methods,mechanical equipment and engineering materials,and determined the requirements of project environment of different complex levels and construction technology on construction enterprises and personal ability respectively.Moreover,the ability of the subject is analyzed from the enterprise qualification and personal ability,based on the requirements of the object to the subject.The qualification grade of the enterprise is divided from funds,staffing,technical equipment and similar experience.Personal competence is divided from knowledge cultivation,working experience and different abilities of technology,communication,coordination,strain,analysis and judgment,and decision.Next,to construct the complexity model of the project by dividing the project complexity based on the complexity of the project environment and construction technology;to construct the model of the subject capacity based on the energy level theory based on qualification grade of the enterprise and personal competence,and to determine the evaluation criterion of the subject and object matching based on the corresponding relation,which provide a new idea for staffing in subway project.Finally,based on the evaluation criterion of the subject and object matching,the project Zhengzhou Metro Line 5 Zhongyi Road Station is selected into application.Then,to judge the complexity level of the project environment and construction technology based on the complexity model of the project,to evaluate the level of individual ability adopting membership grade and questionnaire survey,to determine the demand of the project to the competence of the subject,and to determine the corresponding relationship between the subject and object of the project so as to analyze the matching between the level of the competence of the subject and the project demand.According to the survey data,five items satisfied the needs of the object and meet the requirements,they are the geological conditions,hydrological conditions,surrounding buildings,mechanical equipment and engineering materials in construction technology,and individual capability.Meanwhile,underground pipelines and construction methods,both of is in a complex level and require a high level of subject to complete.However,in this project,the ability to solve the issue of "complex underground pipeline,complex method of the construction" is in the intermediate level,which do not meet the match.In the construction of this station,two issues of the individual capacity in dealing with underground pipelines and construction are to be improved.Therefore,it is advocating to propose some corresponding measures and suggestions based on actual conditions,which will provide ideas for the subject and object matching and shed some lights on the efficient management of subway projects.
