As one of the modern storage equipment,stereoscopic shelf has the advantages of high access efficiency and high automation.It can reduce the labor cost and produce a large amount of social and economic benefits.As the main part of the loading capacity of solid warehouse,the optimization and design of its strength,stiffness and manufacturing cost has become a hot research topic in recent years.In view of the problems in the warehouse of finite element analysis in the process of solving the complicated steps and irreversible to modify the design shortcomings,this paper on the basis of traditional design methods,combined with parametric theory,related theory of finite element analysis,and the computer aided engineering method,taking an automatic stereoscopic shelf as an object of analysis,using two-development of the finite element analysis software ANSYS,written in APDL parametric design language,to solve the time modeling in the modeling process,the conventional modeling process cumbersome and low utilization rate model.Using Visual Basic 6 software to design the form structure,develop an automatic parametric finite element modeling and analysis system which can be applied to the three-dimensional warehouse.This system can input internal input parameters into external files,and call ANSYS batch processing mode for the analysis and calculation of three-dimensional shelf.The application results show that the system can automatically realize the shelves according to the requirements of rapid modeling and given custom beam section,complete the corresponding finite element method,the simultaneous extraction of calculation results,calculation formula of image,intuitive,vivid and accurate to provide reference for the design staff,greatly improve the efficiency of analysis.At the same time,can also be by extension principle and method of the system,is suitable for the improvement of all types of automated warehouse,or other similar design of industrial products.
