With the development of human society and the growing consumer demand for electrical energy.As China's energy production and consumption country,primary energy production and consumption are listed second in the world.In the future,particularly long period of time,our country will remain in the coal-dominated energy structure.As the world's first coal power,coal accounted for 37% of the world production,thermal power is still the main pillar of the country's electricity production.Currently,the majority of thermal power units for the sub-critical and super-critical,because the device itself and the operating management,there are still some deficiencies,compared to more developed countries,performance is still a big gap,mainly reflected in the high coal consumption and low efficiency or heat aspect.Coal resources are limited,how to improve the thermal efficiency of coal-fired utility boilers,while effectively reducing the pollution generated by coal-burning process,become the energy to achieve sustainable development on the road to face a big challenge,but also an important subject of research scientists electricity.The actual terms of the power plant to ensure safe and economic operation of the unit,efforts to reduce the cost of power generation is the only way to participate in the "bidding" model competition.In this paper,Pacitan power plant 315 MW unit as the background,and analysis of economic factors in the safe operation of the power plant's impact,according to the actual situation of the unit,operating from three aspects to optimize start and stop the operation of the boiler optimization,optimize the operation of boiler combustion adjustment Milling System to analyze and research,optimization technology,for each specific solutions put forward measures to improve crew safety,operational aspects of the economy.
