In the conventional thermal power plant,the coordinated control system in the process of adjusting load has large inertia and delay.Due to the limitation of the coal quality and equipment,the load response rate is difficult to be greatly improved,there is still a distance from the requirements.The method of improving the response rate of the load by increasing the sliding pressure curve of the unit is a potential danger to the safety of the unit,the long run is not conducive to the economy of the unit,also seriously affect the service life of high pressure regulating valve.In recent years,it has been put forward to improve the load response rate by using condensation water throttling technology,by regulating the flow of condensate,the heat storage of the unit is reasonably utilized,and the speed of load response is rapidly improved,but in the process of condensate throttling adjustment is likely to cause condenser water level and deaerator water level instability.In this paper,the condensation water throttling technique is combined with the fuzzy parameter adaptive PID controller,to participate in the load regulation of thermal power unit,it not only improves the load regulation rate,but also effectively alleviates the problem of excessive regulation of the condensate water flow.Through the experiment,analyze the dynamic characteristics of condensate throttling control,including the impact of condensate throttling on the unit load rate,and the effect of condensate throttling of deaerator and condenser water level.The fuzzy parameter adaptive PID controller is studied,and the characteristic of the controller is analyzed.Based on the experimental results,the dynamic model of the unit is identified,and the fuzzy parameter adaptive PID controller is designed based on the 600 MW thermal power unit operating state,which is applied to the PAS-300M's control system of the condensation water throttling technology,and the control effect of the system is analyzed and evaluated.
