Transmission line preliminary planning and design as an important part of the power grid construction,a direct impact on the grid security and stability and economic benefits.With the economic development of Chengde,the greater the power needs of urban construction and the future will become,along the river from south to north direction of the planning,the implementation of the Chengde Metro 110 kV substation power transmission project not only enhances the stability of the regional power grid transmission capacity,also ensure the rapid development of local economy.This paper discussed is the planning and design of UHV double circuit transmission line,according to the "national Power Grid Corp",the typical design of power transmission project "power system design specification",the planning and design content should include the design of the overhead lines and cable lines design two parts.The Chengde Metro 110 kV substation transmission line engineering line path selection method,puts forward two kinds of solutions are compared to select the optimal scheme,the basic calculation of the maximum wind speed value,the selection of wires and ground wires and protective measures,basic design etc.Through access to relevant information,calculation of material selection,comparative analysis of path selection,etc,to complete the line planning and design.According to the design,put forward some views on the design of high voltage transmission line.
