With the problem of urban motorized traffic congestion,people have begun to realize the importance of public traffic efficiency.And public bicycle transportation is an important part of the public traffic,which can be used as a tool to address the "last kilometer" problem of the green traffic.The service level of bicycle sharing docking station is an important part of bicycle sharing system,it can influence the operation of bicycle sharing system directly.This paper built the structure of assessment factor system,use Interpretative Structural Modeling(ISM)to analysis the logical relationship among these assessment factor,design three layers' BP neural network as the assessment tool of service level of bicycle sharing docking station.Firstly,This paper built the structure of assessment factor system,which are arranged by three aspects from the traffic environment,the built environment and the site lists.And it was screened out of this on the basis of three aspects in 16 specific factors affecting the data acquisition and processing.Secondly,the Interpretative Structural Modeling is used to analyze the importance degree about these 16 specific assessment factors.The results indicates that the specific assessment factors can be divided into five levels which include the service level of bicycle sharing docking station as the first level.The assessment factor is more important when it is more close to the first level,and the next level can directly influence the last level.Eventually,all assessment factor together influence the service level of bicycle sharing docking station.Finally,three layers' BP neural network is designed as the assessment tool of service level of bicycle sharing docking station.Utilize the results of Interpretative Structural Modeling and Analytic Hierarchy Process to train the BP neural network model.Then using this BP neural network as the assessment tool to assessment 125 bicycle sharing docking station in Pukou District of Nanjing City.According to the results of assessment,the bicycle sharing docking station in Pukou District have been divided into four types,this paper made recommendations improvement for each type of bicycle sharing docking station to enhances the efficiency of bicycle sharing system.
