Research On Shared Bicycle System Improvemont Based On Service Design

Bicycle sharing is a new business model born in China in the wave of sharing economy.It emerged as a solution to the “last mile” problem,but it also had some negative impacts on society due to users,managers,and urban planning issues.Service design as a system design method to consider the quality of service and business value of a business behavior provides new possibilities for solving the existing problems of Bicycle sharing.The content of this paper is the improvement of shared bicycle system from the perspective of service design.The final design practice is the improvement and innovation of shared bicycle system based on mobike bicycle.From the point of view of service design,the existing shared bicycle system is analyzed,and the improvement measures and prospects for the future development are put forward.Based on the user experience maps and service blueprints,user experience design is used as a center to analyze the problems existing in the typical intelligent shared bicycle system by using the methods and tools of service design thinking.Finally,in order to improve the user experience as the center,put forward the background of big data users,companies and government tripartite create optimization model,through cross-sectoral integration of business,and policy incentives to guide users to consciously safeguard personal credit,promote the business environment as a whole Iterative upgrade,to solve the problem of sharing cycling system brings new ideas.
