Research On The Planning Of County Infrastructure In Shaanxi Guanzhong Area Based On "Multi-Regulation"

Infrastructure construction plays a leading role in urban development,leading the way to strengthen the planning and construction of urban infrastructure,which is conducive to promoting the adjustment of economic structure,promoting the transformation of development mode and optimizing the urban spatial structure.County infrastructure is an important support for the life and production of the county,and the research infrastructure in the county is conducive to the harmonization of the various departments of the infrastructure.But the development of infrastructure in the county is facing the contradiction between supply and demand of infrastructure is more prominent,the lack of unified coordination of various types of infrastructure,the layout of the infrastructure is more scattered and other issues,to avoid the emergence of such problems,to deal with infrastructure planning,co-ordinate the county The relationship between various types of infrastructure to ensure the safety and efficient operation of the county infrastructure.Based on the general idea of "asking questions-analyzing problems-solving problems-case studies",this paper,based on the literature review,practical experience and the present situation of infrastructure,analyzes the development characteristics of county infrastructure in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi province The problems and the analysis of the requirements and strategies of the county infrastructure planning in the "multi-regulation",and put forward the contents and methods of the county’s infrastructure planning.First of all,we should forecast the demand of county infrastructure on the basis of analyzing the economic and social development of the county,the living standard and the level of production technology.Secondly,we should study the contents,methods and strategies of county infrastructure planning coordination on the basis of "multi-regulation" Once again study the layout of the county infrastructure,proposed at the county level on the preparation of infrastructure corridor planning to coordinate and coordinate the various types of infrastructure within the county;Finally,in the "multi-regulation" planning background,Zhouzhi County,Shaanxi Province as an example,The county infrastructure planning case studies,with a view to the county infrastructure planning to provide some ideas and methods.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The county infrastructure planning in "multi-regulation" is mainly achieved through coordination,co-ordination and adjustment,and its core content is to solve the shortage of the layout of the county’s infrastructure space,(2)The coordination of infrastructure planning in the county,including the coordination of construction resources,the coordination of spatial layout and the timing of construction,should be coordinated in the preparation of infrastructure planning and the use of(3)the county infrastructure corridor is a collection of linear infrastructure within the county,reserved for the county infrastructure corridor to integrate the county resources,the rational layout of the county infrastructure is of great significance,such as the development of the infrastructure,Through the county infrastructure corridor coordination and control,improve the county infrastructure planning feasibility.
