The construction industry is the pillar industry of the national economy,playing a significant role in China's economic development.Industrialized construction module,especially the prefabricated concrete structure,has provided sustainable development for the industry.The prefabricated concrete structure has entered a comprehensive development stage.The management of process and cost is the key elements in project management,and the success of the project depends largely on the balance and relationship between the above two elements.The thesis is based on extensive reading on foreign cases of centralized project target control and deep investigation of the project management and practice in China.The research aims to enhance the management standard of prefabricated concrete structure in China,by centralized control method of project cost and process.Project cost and process must be associated in full-picture consideration,in order to meet quality standard and contract commitment,and ensure the security of construction as well.This thesis analyzes the relationship between cost and schedule.Analyzes the quality of the relationship between the cost of a certain time schedule analysis,constant cost analysis of the relationship between quality and progress,the progress is constant analysis of the relationship between cost and quality,and analyzes the relationship between project cost and schedule.Secondly,study prefabricated housing system.Describes the concept of prefabricated housing system,analyzes the key technology for prefabricated housing system,including analysis of prefabricated house kits design technology,prefabricated house construction key technologies within the wall and stairs prefabricated application of key technologies,Simultaneous analysis of the advantages compared to traditional construction methods prefabricated housing system,mainly in residential construction to improve quality,greatly shorten the construction period and reduce life-cycle costs of housing,reduce environmental pollution,reduce waste of resources and so on.Finally,the quality of prefabricated houses,schedule,cost control,analysis of the quality of prefabricated houses,schedule,cost control and management,quality management,respectively,from prefabricated houses,schedule management prefabricated houses,prefabricated Cost management style house two aspects are analyzed,and analyzes the quality of prefabricated houses,schedule,cost control relationship with the application.This study was extensively reviewed the literature and surveys on domestic and international projects analyzing target integrated control of the practice of project management application,based on the quality of prefabricated housing projects,cost,schedule two main objectives integrated control methods research,in order to achieve the two objectives of the integrated control,improve the management level of prefabricated housing projects.Two goals must be controlled as a system into consideration,in the security and safety of the premise of the project quality,speed up the progress,control the cost of the implementation process,and strive to achieve harmonization between the two objectives,to achieve the overall objective of the project.
