With the sustained and rapid development of Chinese economic,the demands of artificial environment become more and more widely.The use of Large-scale refrigeration and air conditioning equipment is becoming more and more widespread.It is an indispensable work to maintain and monitor the refrigeration equipment.Equipment maintenance and monitoring is a high-technical and high demand of real-time work.It has great practical significance for refrigeration equipment manufacturers and users to improve the efficiency of refrigeration equipment maintenance,to acquire the operational data of equipment life cycle,and to develop a remote monitoring platform of refrigeration equipment with fault diagnosis function.After studied the requirements of information collection,data analysis,fault diagnosis,information query,equipment and user management of refrigeration equipment in depth,and combined with the requirement of reliability,real-time,stability and openness of monitoring platform.The overall design of the monitor platform was studied,on the basis,the monitoring structure model based on B / S mode was determined,the software design idea of MVC three-layer technology architecture,and using SQL to complete the design of relational database was put forward after the key technology of the program design pattern,dynamic webpage interaction,database access and connection were studied.The database access of monitoring platform was realized through the JDBC technology,through JSP,Ajax and other technologies to achieve the interaction between the user and the monitoring platform.On the basis of analyzing the existing fault diagnosis methods,a fault diagnosis method based on BP neural network was adopted.According to the existing data,the BP neural network with 8 neurons in the input layer,25 neurons in the hidden layer and 7 neurons in the output layer was constructed to diagnose the refrigeration unit,and its performances were simulated by MATLAB.The results showed that BP network has a good effect on fault diagnosis.Finally,the software programming was completed by JAVA,and each function module was tested.The results showed that the monitoring platform not only meets the demand of users,meanwhile,but also has the characteristic of high stability and reliability.
