Computer centralized station is a management type of power grid with the emergence of unmanned substation. The computer centralized automation are areas of power dispatching automation. For the development of power dispatching automation and the rise of unmanned substation, in this thesis, the author researches and designs the automation system of the Daodi Computer Centralized Station in Tangshan on the basis of theoretical analysis with practical needs analysis.In the beginning of the thesis, in Chapter 1, the author introduces the research progress of power dispatching automation; describes the computer centralized automation system in three building model, general configuration of the control system, communication of the system.In Chapter 2, the author analyses the management system of power dispatching in our country; discusses the task of power dispatching automation, functions and requirements of computer centralized automation system; describes the basic situation of constructing the Daodi Computer Centralized Station, the relevant standards and technical conditions followed.In Chapter 3, the author proposes hardware design principles for the system, lists the model of several major equipment; designs the UPS and the optical communication system in detail.In Chapter 4, the author studies the function of computer centralized automation system seriously; designs the function of SCADA system specificly, according to the principles of scalable.In Chapter 5, the author describes the structure and the characteristics of the main functions and the initial configuration and the running of CSC2000/CC; researches and improves the clock synchronization system and the channel networking of the Daodi Computer Centralized Station.The author summarizes the full-text; prospects the development prospect of power dispatching automation, in Chapter 6, at the end of the thesis.
