Research On Coordination Degree Ealuation Of Integrated Transport System

Integrated transport system is a complex system composed of road,rail,water,air and pipeline transport subsystem.With the rapid development of China's economy,transport demand continues to grow;the importance of integrated transport has become prominent.The coordinated development of the transport modes is the reflection of a complete integrated transport system.Only by making the modes coordinate perfectly can the full transport capacity of the integrated transport system be fully applied.The whole system can better support the economic and social development as well as more harmoniously coexist with the natural environment.Based on this,this paper has carried on the research about our country's integrated transport system and work out the coordination degree evaluation method.On the basis of theoretical analysis and review of the status quo,this paper uses certain mathematical methods to evaluate the coordination degree of the integrated transport system,puts forward the suggestions and specifies the direction for the future development.I have completed the following work.First,this paper reviews the development process and research status of the integrated transportation system both in China and abroad.Under the guidance of the theory of system theory and synergetic,combined with the characteristics of the integrated transportation system,the paper puts forward the definition of coordinated transport modes in an integrated transport system,and according to the obvious levels in the definition,the following evaluation is divided into three levels:the coordination degree between integrated transport system and the external environment,the coordination degree between the subsystems,and the coordination degree in the subsystems.Then,the evaluation analysis is made from the above three levels.(1)By principal component analysis,the results show that the average coordination degree is well coordinated,and the contradiction between the integrated transportation system and the socio-economic system is more obvious.(2)The coordination degree between sub-systems is evaluated by principal component analysis.The results show that the rising trend of coordination degree between the four modes is weak and unstable,and there is still some room for the improvement of the coordination of the integrated transportation system.(3)The efficiency of each subsystem is analyzed by using data envelopment method,and the coordination of each subsystem is evaluated.Finally,the evaluation results are further sorted out and summarized,and the improvement strategy is put forward.In the future development,to further enhance the coordination of China's integrated transport system and improve its transport efficiency,some appropriate measures are necessary,such as enhancing the cohesion between different transport modes,scientific and technological personnel support,playing the positive role of the government,adhering to the principle of sustainable development and the principle of local conditions,and so on.In this paper,the evaluation method will quantify the fuzzy concept of"coordination",and provide the basis for solving the problems that affect the coordinated development of the integrated transport system.Finally,we can change the situation of passive adaptation to initiative guidance and make full use of the whole system.The evaluation levels,evaluation method and evaluation index system studied in this paper are also of reference in the development of other provinces and cities.
