With the intelligent substation related technology matures and the construction of intelligent substation further speed up the pace,the research and application of intelligent railway traction substation technology have attracted more and more attention.Research on the key technology of intelligent traction substation automation,explore the construction mode were widely used in railway intelligent traction substation,which have very important theory significance and practical value for promote and guide the railway intelligent traction substation construction,improve the level of railway traction power supply,improve the reliability of power supply and further enhance the safety of railway operation.The main research content of this paper include following aspects:Firstly,the main technical characteristics of the traction substation of high speed railway were analyzed,the differences in the power supply mode,the main connection mode,the types of transformer and regional power supply pattern with electric power substation were studied,at the same time,the traction substation intelligent model were targeted building according to the problems existing in the existing traction substation mode in the paper.Secondly,the intelligent primary equipment including intelligent circuit breaker,intelligent transformer and instrument transformer were specific analyzed,through contrast to get the solution which meet the requirements of the development of railway traction substation.Meanwhile,this article have given out the stand accused of layer,spacer layer,process equipment configuration respectively which were based on smart traction substation"three layers of two net" of the overall architecture,the stand accused of layer network topology were studied through reliability analysis,and complete the process layer network network design plan by technical and economic comparison,later,smart traction substation network model were established by using OPNET,real-time performance of the communication network were simulated.Lastly,the whole life cycle engineering cost management method were introduced in the paper,and the whole life cycle cost of design phase of traction substations were analyzed,the economic evaluation model have been given,and it is verified that the overall economic life of the smart traction substation is better than that of the conventional traction substation which based on the life cycle cost calculation of main equipment such as circuit breaker,transformer and automation system in traction substation.
