The project will be located in optical transmission equipment, PCM equipment, supporting the high-frequency switching power supply and distribution equipment in substation 110 kV new bonded Park, increase the light transmission equipment in the area corresponding to the tone and day Jitai 220 kV substation.So it is significant to study the construction of Substation by technical and economic method.This paper mainly by collecting a large number of relevant materials, on the basis of relevant theories of intelligent substation, Linhe bonded zone 110 kV substation theoretical basis for engineering construction. Then, combining bayinnaoer city and the present situation of Linhe grid bonded zone, by adopting natural growth and new big load method of power load forecast related areas. In Bayinnaoer 110 kV power grid planning, under the guidance of thinking of Linhe bonded zone for the construction of 110 kV substation from the two aspects of site selection and construction scheme were analyzed, and puts forward the Linhe bonded zone the necessity of the construction of 110 kV substation. Finally, on the basis of the theory of technical economics, the bonded zone Linhe awakened 110 kV substation construction technical analysis and economic analysis.
