At present,the power grid system is in a rapid development stage in our country.The conventional substation automation system begin to expose some shortcomings.The interoperability between the secondary devices is poor.The information sharing between the substations is difficult to be realized,and the system's scalability is weak.These problems are important factors restricting the development of the smart grid.The key to these problems is that the substation and the scheduling center are independently modeled so that there is a difference between the models.And this makes it difficult to achieve seamless operation.For this situation,this paper introduces the source-based maintenance technology of intelligent dispatching system.This paper analyzes the differences between the scheduling and substation models at first.The method of fusing the scheduling and substation models is discussed.And discussing the feasibility of modeling with IEC 61850 standard on the scheduling side.On this basis,a new method of source-based maintenance based on IEC 61850 standard is proposed.In this method,we first give a SCD file screening technique to solve the problem that different scheduling centers have different information requirements of substation model.This technology filters the SCD file according to voltage level and removes the part scheduling side does not care about.Then generates a new SCD file with specified voltage level.Through this technology,we solve the problem that upload the complete SCD file occupies too much network resources.Second,in the realization of the remote communication,paper uses the communication model of MMS+TCP/IP.The advantages of this model are the use of MMS as the application layer communication protocol.The network layer and the link layer adopt TCP/IP protocol,which can meet the performance requirements of real-time data exchange by power transmission.At the end of this paper,the simulation interface based on IEC 61850 standard are designed.The simulation process of source-based maintenance is realized,and the feasibility of the source maintenance method is verified by simulation of MengJiang substation in laboratory environment.This paper focuses on the realization process of source-based maintenance technology,which is in line with the current development direction of smart grid.The source-based maintenance method of the paper is based on the current mainstream technology and has good practical significance.For the smart grid to achieve seamless communication also have a certain role in promoting.
