With the application of IEC61850 standard promotion,intelligent substation technology has made rapid development.In the intelligent substation,the secondary circuit from the hard-wired way into a virtual loop,the process layer information sharing to solve the original secondary circuit of many problems.However,the current intelligent substation practice is mainly focused on the application of new equipment and new standard protocols to explore,and for these new technologies to adapt to the intelligent substation operation and maintenance mode and the whole process of control program research is very small,so that the current intelligent substation Has not really to the substation operation and maintenance,power grid security and reliability to enhance the substantial benefits,which is restricting the current intelligent substation is still in the "pilot" stage of the real reason.In view of the characteristic of canceling the hard cable circuit in intelligent substation,this paper discusses and studies the key technology of two equipment operation dimension,such as two virtual loop state monitoring and SCD file control.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of the operational dimension of intelligent substation at home and abroad,and points out the problems existing in the operation model of substation.On this basis,the main contents and methods of the research and the significance of the research are put forward.In this paper,the basic structure of intelligent substation,the operation and maintenance system of secondary equipment are discussed according to the structure and function of intelligent substation.Based on the mapping of the secondary virtual link network,the visual monitoring and the physical link topology and the virtual link of the secondary circuit,the method of virtual and real loop modeling and topology recognition of the secondary device is used to the secondary virtual the loop state monitoring system is designed to provide a data foundation.Then,based on the large number of critical information(including the substation device model and electrical topology information,function view,IED view,communication view,product view,data flow,etc.)related to the safe and stable operation of the intelligent substation recorded in the SCD file,Intelligent substation secondary virtual loop integrated configuration of the SCD file control method,combined with the actual model to start a certain application analysis.Finally,the virtual memory condition monitoring and SCD file control system of the secondary device are tested by the on-site SCL file.The test results show that the system can realize the visualization of the intelligent substation communication configuration process.
