| At present,with the rapid development of the construction industry,the traditional facilities management methods can not meet the growing demand for building users.In the economic downturn,cost-saving environment,facilities managers increasingly attach importance to the use of modern information technology to solve the traditional facilities management means a single out of date,the data can not be long-term loss of long-term preservation,inefficient problem.Considering the advantages of BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology in the whole life cycle management of construction projects,this paper studies from the perspective of integrating BIM technology and construction facilities management,using BIM technology to provide a platform to analyze the information needed for building facilities management,Rationally screening and integrating the data life of the building in the whole life cycle to effectively manage the data,to explore the various stages of construction how to maintain the BIM model to ensure that the building facilities information non-destructive transmission.This paper studies the overall structure of the building management system based on BIM technology through the combination of theory and example,and discusses the organization structure of BIM model and the establishment of facility management database,including personnel organization,hardware configuration,modeling standard and stipulation And other specific details to explore the establishment and maintenance of BIM model.Based on the information sharing platform provided by the system,the implementation architecture and operation flow of facility management are analyzed,and the facilities management personnel can better solve the problem of failure and improve the emergency response speed.Based on this system,the main application of it in the five functional sections of construction facilities management is analyzed synthetically.Through the empirical analysis of an office building project,the equipment maintenance management and fire fire management of the office building are selected,and the application points of the management system are analyzed in detail.This paper first analyzes the concrete implementation method of the operation and maintenance of the main equipment of the building system,then uses Pyrosim software and Pathfinder software to simulate and analyze the application value and operability of the platform in the fire system,and finally confirms the construction equipment based on BIM technology Management system research feasibility,to achieve the fine management of equipment management. |
