Research On The Design Of Medical Treatment And Geriatric Care Combination Type Pension Park

The current shortage of medical resources and pension resources,the demand for pension facilities is imminent,This means that from the pension model,or the construction model,and even the design of pension facilities,we must consider the optimal allocation of resources,And from the rationality,adaptation and humanistic care level of theoretical research and practical exploration,the concept of combination of medical care and geriatric nursing is born in this case.In this paper,the study takes the medical treatment and geriatric care combination type pension park as the object of study,through normative policy research,design theory combing,case study and analysis,this paper clearly summarizes the origin and development of the idea of medical care and geriatric nursing,and classification of facilities for this type.This paper analyzes the concept of medical treatment and geriatric care combination type pension park,and focuses on the space mechanism and key points of the design.The five chapters form the three major parts of the research.The first part is the first chapter,the introduction of the thesisBased on the current situation of pension facilities,this paper reviews the background and research opportunities from the three aspects of the pension mode transition,medical services in community-based,combination of medical care and geriatric nursing.Stated the core meaning of the idea of combination of medical care and geriatric nursing,that is,to improve the integration of two kinds of resources,and to maximize the utilization of social resources.This new model of pension facilities under the support of medical professionals has been far ahead of the theoretical research in architectural design.The second part is the second chapter and the third chapterFrom the angle of design theory,the concept and types of medical treatment and geriatric care combination type pension park are discussed,Four kinds of key spatial mechanisms are put forward for the integration of two kinds of resources,which are medical treatment and geriatric care combination type pension park,that is,spacediversification mechanism,old age pension space mechanism,medical and pension in deep contact space mechanism and servo space mechanism,the space principle and space practice of the four kinds of spatial mechanism are discussed fully,and the design of the pension park with the combination of medical and nursing care is carried out at the theoretical level.The third part is the fourth chapter and the fifth chapterThrough the analysis of the example of the construction of the pension park with typical combination of medical care and geriatric nursing,the configuration types of the two kinds of resources in space mode are discussed,that is,medical oriented,pension oriented,medical and nursing peer.Analyze the characteristics and similarities of the design of the three actual projects,finally,through the pension park of Zhengzhou yinlingzhijia,further more,the paper explores the overall layout and spatial design of the pension park with typical combination of medical care and geriatric nursing,and explores the mechanism of the medical association space,which is the key to the design features and design innovation of the park.
