Study On The Design Of Community-Based Institutions For The Elderly Based On The Demand Of Care And Nursing Service

2014 National Bureau of Statistics data show that the number of elderly population in our country,the future growth rate of rapid,disabled,semi-disabled elderly and the number of existing pension beds.Developed countries after a long period of research and exploration found that the elderly in their own familiar environment is the future development of the direction of pension.This is also consistent with our policy and the subjective will of the elderly.The community-based senior care organization is an important basis for the elderly to continue their lives in a familiar community.Care and nursing services are the core work of the pension fund.Especially for the intervention,the care of the elderly as the main target of community-based pension agencies,is to determine its quality and competitiveness of the key.So in the case of limited construction area,how to provide the necessary environmental support for care care services,is the main point of this article.The paper chooses three community-based pension institutions in Beijing,and carries out the field investigation from the perspective of the service needs of the nursing home.Through interviews,to understand the agency profile,the main service content,service methods and agencies of the radiation community home care services.Through the mapping,drawing institutions plan,the functional space of the furniture and equipment layout.Through the follow-up observation,fixed observation and interview,to understand the catering services,health care services,washing and cleaning services,life care services,including specific services,service processes,the demand for functional space of each service,the utilization of each space.And from the perspective of care needs of care services,comparative analysis of the agencies in the functional space settings and space utilization on the common and differences and their causes.On this basis,the basic functions of community-based pension agencies,functional streamline organization,as well as the functional space design points to make recommendations.
