The centrifugal pump group is widely used in life and production.In order to realize the safe and efficient operation of the centrifugal pump group,it is necessary to monitor the running state of the pump.At present,the state monitoring system of centrifugal pump most still remain in the control room for monitoring.At the same time,when the centrifugal pump is in need of equipment inspection,inspection personnel need to be checking and recording in the whole factory,and they will be struggling to run in the scene.To solve the above problems,a state monitoring system of centrifugal pump group based on Android was designed and developed.A specialized App for mobile phone to monitor the centrifugal pump remotely was developed.Remote state monitoring and mobile patrol checking for centrifugal pump group was realized by using the Internet in mobile client.The main contents of this system include the following four parts:(1)Firstly,the main performance parameters of centrifugal pump group state monitoring and the traditional monitoring system were researched.On this foundation,the overall structure of the centrifugal pump of remote monitoring system was designed based on Android in the paper.The system was designed into four modules,and the sensor,camera,data acquisition card and other hardware were selected.(2)The commonly used centrifugal pump of water pipe system was selected as the monitoring object in this paper,the configuration interface of the upper computer was designed and developed by King View software,and the data collected by the operation of the centrifugal pump was written into the MySQL database.A local server was built through the integration of XMAPP software to transfer the data from the local database to the server.(3)By Android Studio software,the mobile phone App was designed and developed forthe centrifugal pump group of each monitoring object combined with the configuration of upper monitor.And the real-time data transmission between App and server was completed.Thus,the function of checking the running parameters of the centrifugal pump group,remote alarm,remote video monitoring and so on by using the mobile phone were realized.(4)Finally,an experimental platform based on a single centrifugal pump was built in the laboratory,the function and performance of the whole system were systematically tested,and the practicability of the state monitoring system about a centrifugal pump group based on Android was verified.This system realizes the real-time and accurate monitoring of the running state about the centrifugal pump group by the mobile phone client,the operators who are doing equipment maintenance and debugging can obtain related parameters of centrifugal pump more accurately,quickly and improve work efficiency in the traditional industrial field.The idea of "The Internet plus" accelerate the integration of Internet and traditional industries,the system follows the latest trend of development to realize the integration of the Internet and the traditional state monitoring.It has important significance and practical value to explore the state monitoring of the centrifugal pump industry.
