Study On The Urban Color Management Strategy Of The Historic Conservation Area In The Old City Of Beijing

In this study,through the discussion of the color management strategy of the historic and cultural blocks in Beijing,the author promotes the whole process of Beijing urban color management,and provides a theoretical basis for the future research on the management of urban color.Based on the related theories of color science,color geography,color management,and the main content of urban color planning,this paper points out the theoretical basis of urban color management and the relationship with urban planning.To find out the theory and practice of urban color management strategy at home and abroad.This paper summarizes the historical evolution of the old city of Beijing,summarizes the characteristics of the historical and cultural blocks of the old city in Beijing,summarizes the development of the management strategy of historical and cultural blocks,and the formation and influence factors of architectural color.In this study,different historical and cultural blocks have different color problems.In the end,the paper puts forward the control direction of different color problems by using the macro meso micro idea.It is proposed that the urban color management should be divided into three stages: planning,design,implementation and evaluation,Audit,supervision and maintenance should be done at each stage.The management measures of urban color management should use administrative means,legal means,economic means and social management mechanism to ensure the effective management process.
