| The rapid development of information technology has brought about great changes in People’s Daily learning styles.Social learning, intelligent learning, informal learning and other learning styles have emerged.Higher education presents new characteristics of multi-disciplinary intersection and integrated development, the learning mode of college students tends to be diversified, and the demand for adaptability of teaching buildings increases."Redesign of learning space" has become a hot topic of wide concern in the industry. This paper firstly combs the status quo of education development and relevant policies in China, and carries out extensive research on the learning behavior of college students.Based on the summary of the current situation of teaching buildings, combined with the specific learning needs, further in-depth analysis of the existing teaching buildings in China in the face of new learning needs;Based on the adaptive hierarchy theory, this paper disassembled the components of teaching buildings in colleges and universities, put forward a research framework for the adaptability of teaching buildings, and analyzed the influencing factors of spatial adaptability on the rigid and elastic levels respectively. Finally, the corresponding principles and strategies of spatial adaptive design are proposed to improve the relevant theories and provide reference for related projects. The research content of this paper is mainly divided into the following four parts:Chapter one conducts a background research on the research objects "teaching buildings in colleges and universities" and "spatial adaptability",which mainly includes sorting out the development of education, summarizing the new learning needs, clarifying the research significance, defining the research object, summarizing the research status, formulating research methods and building research framework.Chapter two investigates the existing teaching buildings and summarizes the problems. This paper studies the layout characteristics of teaching buildings in colleges and universities in China and the suitability of traditional teaching mode, and sorts out the new demand for teaching space from the development of disciplines and the transformation of learning mode.Through field investigation, questionnaire, interview, data collection and other research methods, this paper reveals the existing problems of teaching buildings in colleges and universities in meeting the new learning needs. The third chapter sorts out the concepts of adaptability theory and makes a decomposition study of university teaching buildings based on the six-level theory of adaptability hierarchy theory.Combined with the actual investigation, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of spatial adaptability of teaching buildings in colleges and universities from two aspects of "rigidity" and "flexibility",and expounds the characteristics of teaching buildings to meet the spatial needs of diversified learning modes.Chapter four and Five are based on domestic and foreign case studies and engineering practice, based on six levels of planning, space, structure, interior, facility and interface, relying on quantitative analysis, spatial integration visualization analysis, engineering case analysis and other analysis methods. The principles and strategies of spatial adaptive design are put forward according to the six levels(campus planning, space layout, structure selection, interior layout, service facilities and architectural interface)that constitute the teaching buildings in colleges and universities. |
