This topic based on the status quo of thriving hub motor performance test and the contradiction between the lack of equipment,design the wheel hub motor performance test platform,for improve degree of automation of testing process,function integration,operating human ability,eventually to improve testing efficiency,reduce the wheel hub motor testing cost.The testing platform is divided into mechanical and electrical control system.In determining the basic architecture of mechanical platform,through the optimization and evaluation,finally selected the architecture in friction way passed to transmit the motor torque and rotational speed,and in several key sensor selection,determine the mechanical dimensions of the platform,use Creo software to build a platform 3d model,and using Ansys Workbench simulation analysis software and the traditional calculation method to check strength of three main parts,confirm the reliability of the design.Measurement and control system use upper computer and PLC technology as the core,the Wincc software is used to design the human-computer interaction interface,Microwin software used to design a machine program and downloaded to the machine,use PC Access communication software to design OPC communication and debugging.It shows that the project can be rapid accurate testing hub motors of various mechanical and human performance,has reached the design purpose,and has good practical value.
