Compared with the traditional “rotator motor with ball screw” drive mode,the direct-drive mode not only reduces the negative effect of mechanical transmission chain but also has advantages such as simplified system structure,fast response and high system efficiency and so on,which is getting more and more attention.In this thesis,it applies to the gate door driving device developed a tubular type hybrid linear stepping motor,the gating system as the object of analysis in the structure of the motor and the optimization effect of the air gap and phase error of the thrust,and the stator tooth width of tooth pitch,and the research is on these aspects of the harmonic suppression of the different tooth width and pitch ratio when the rotor teeth is same with width of the stator teeth.This thesis mainly focuses on the research and analysis of tubular hybrid linear stepping motor,mainly including the following several aspects:Firstly,the structural characteristics and working principle of the tubular hybrid linear stepping motor are introduced in detail.According to the structural characteristics of the tubular hybrid linear stepping motor,the calculation method of air gap permeance is analyzed,and the mathematical equation of the motor is derived.Secondly,in combination with the magnetic circuit method and finite element method based on the analysis,after it has an optimization of tubular type hybrid linear stepping motor of various important parameters,the corresponding optimization parameters are worked out.The tubular hybrid linear stepping motor design method is gotten.Finally,combined with the influence factors of the tubular hybrid linear stepping motor running in the actual working environment,such as the uneven air gap,phase error,positioning error on the control winding power,these wil be carried on the simulation analysis.The discussion in this thesis can provide some guidance and reference for the analysis and design of the tubular hybrid linear stepping motor.
