With the development of modern civil engineering,rock and rock professional more and more to take geotechnical laboratory test methods to test the physical and mechanical properties of rock and rock,and then guide the project monitoring and construction.Triaxial test is one of the relatively large proportion of a module.The three-axis instrument used by the three-way pressure required to be loaded by the three hydraulic load controller to provide,so that the three-axis three-way main stress can be independently imposed by a different hydraulic load controller.Such control part of the hydraulic load controller and its application in the triaxial apparatus has become a research focus in this paper.For hydraulic load control mode,control software,the problem such as control panel circuit,control circuit.In this paper,by means of experiment,the hydraulic load controller software control method of measuring accuracy to explore,and analyzes the hydraulic load control mode of the controller,the closed-loop dynamic control test validation.In the hydraulic load controller applied research part,this article from its mechanical properties in the application of triaxial apparatus,the triaxial test in detail,and the error analysis was carried out.Through hydraulic load controller single chip microcomputer control,validation triaxial apparatus in geotechnical rock experiment conditions to ensure constant pressure output without overshoot the feasibility of existence.Study the hydraulic load controller in the geotechnical constitutive model of rock,the role of.Through the study of the above problems,the control of the hydraulic load controller section determined using liquid crystal displays,stepper motor,and single chip microcomputer control.Through the test of hydraulic load controller in the application of triaxial apparatus with the deformation characteristics of loess itself as well as the mechanical properties are consistent,that is to say,is basic on the mechanical properties of the hydraulic load controller can satisfy the complex geotechnical rock engineering practice of soil stress state of rock simulation and its mechanics performance test requirements,the stability of a complete set of test instruments are able to get basic guarantee.
