Cement concrete has the advantages of strong bearing capacity,excellent durability and long service life.A large amount of cement concrete is used in housing construction,roads,bridges and other infrastructure.But the monotonous color of cement concrete brings people a boring feeling.The color used in cement concrete can not only provide the solution of the problem of boring feeling,but also can maintain an acceptable road performance of concrete.In this dissertation,the mechanical properties,wear resistance,impermeability,freezing resistance and microstructure of the colored cement concrete are studied by laboratory test.The following results are obtained:(1)After trial mix,the series of iron oxide pigments can be applied into the cement concrete.After slumping test of the concrete mixture,it is shown that the pigment does not initially affect the slump of the mixture,but with time,the slump loss of the colored concrete mixture is higher than that mixed with the pigment.The slump loss of concrete mixture is greater.Increasing the amount of water in order to achieve concrete workability is needed.The effect of pigments on the construction workability of the concrete at the construction site should be focused on.(2)By the integral coloring method,adding different proportions of inorganic pigments is used for the research and analysis of color cement concrete.Studies have shown that the optimum content of the pigment is 5%.If the pigment is over 5%,the color depth of the mixture will be barely changed.And iron oxide red,iron oxide yellow,iron oxide blue can effectively influence the color of concrete,but iron oxide green used in the Portland cement concrete shows poor coloring effect.(3)The mechanical properties,wear resistance,impermeability,frost resistance and microstructure of colored cement concrete are studied.The results show that: 1)The pigment has indistinctive effect on the mechanical properties of cement concrete.And the compressive strength and flexural strength of colored concrete and ordinary concrete are basically the same.2)The effect of pigment on the wear resistance of cement concrete is not obvious,and the wear resistance of concrete is scarcely influenced by the pigment content.3)Pigments have little effect on the impermeability of concrete.4)Due to the increase of the number of freeze-thaw cycles,the quality of cement concrete increases first and then decreases,and the flexural strength of the concrete is gradually reduced.The addition of the pigment will not affect the freezing resistance of the concrete.5)Microstructure analysis of colored cement concrete is processed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).(4)Combined with "highway cement concrete pavement construction technical rules",the construction technologies of colored concrete pavement are summed up,especially the portraying of the texture of pavement.Then quality control of road construction quality is carried out.At last,the economic benefits of colored cement concrete are analyzed.
