| About light-colored pavement materials’research and application at home and abroad the results show that:Light-colored pavement materials is in beautify urban landscape material,improve the light-colored performance of tunnel road and so on have a unique advantage. But because of the special properties of the light-colored materials and pavement structure, the different in different pavement structure light-colored pavement technology needs to be studied further.Degree thesis combined the light-colored materials in colors performance mechanism of action with the choice of materials colors technology index requirements, choose the waste toughened glass and white FangJianShi as light-colored pavement materials. According to light-colored pavement characteristics, to the asphalt and gravel SMA-13hoof fat ratio on a preliminary design and optimization and adjustment, get a optimized mix design. With SMA-13light-colored pavement is installed to the high temperature stability, the water stability, anti-permeability, sliding and bonding with properties of road experiment research,Test results show that, various road with properties all can meet the current specification technical requirements, has good road with properties effect.To meet the need of road maintenance work, choose Britain of asphalt concrete surface layer of rolling type (Hot Rolled Asphalt, HRA) for light-colored pavement research, used with SMA road light-colored pavement materials’road performance compared with analysis. Through properties test found that rolling type asphalt mixture of light-colored pavement high temperature stability and anti-permeability performance than the SMA road light-colored pavement; But sliding performance and bond properties have down significantly, water stability slightly inferior to the SMA road light-colored pavement, it isoverall influence on the traffic safety. This also from the side of reflects the SMA road light-colored pavement superiority and feasibility.With SMA road light-colored pavement materials’light-colored performance of indoor simulation tests analysis, through to the plate specimen intensity of illumination value detection,found that after light-colored pavement its bright color performance have a significant improvement, then intensity of illumination value and transform the brightness, combining the domestic tunnel lighting engineering research and reaction time of the brightness of the model, the value and the intensity of illumination equivalent reaction time relations,so as to analyze the bright color coatingcan effectively reduce the driving of emergency personnel to the reaction time,improve the driving safety.On the basis of reference foreign hot rolling asphalt concrete surface layer construction process, put forward the SMA light-colored pavement materials’ construction process.And evaluate with SMA light-colored pavement technology of the social efficiency and the economic efficiency evaluation. |
