With the implementation of Anhui province "industrial province" strategy,the development of industry,industry water is also growing,increased from 38.64 million cubic meters in 2000 to 93.51 million cubic meters in 2015.The contradiction between the shortage of water resources and the increasing demand for industrial water is prominent increasingly.Therefore,the research on industrial water is practical significance in Anhui province.This paper is based on the research of Anhui Province industrial water use efficiency and influencing factors,in order to provide scientific basis and theoretical support for the Anhui Province industrial water use efficiency assessment and water resources management;alsoprovide reference for the study of industrial water use efficiency and how to improve industrial water use efficiency.This paper focuses on the research of industrial water use efficiency of Anhui Province during 2011-2015.First of all,on the basis of existing theoretical research,summarizes the single factor and the total factor industrial water efficiency analysis of the concept and calculation method.Second,obtaining basic data fromAnhui provincial and municipal water resources bulletin and statistical yearbook.At last,using the Lorenz curve,Gini coefficient,stochastic frontier analysis(SFA),data envelopment analysis(DEA)and principal component regression method to study industrial water use efficiency and its influencing factors of Anhui Province.The finally conclusions are as follows:1,Single factor industrial water use efficiency is simple and easy to understand,easy to use and so on,but when studying industrial water use level in different industrial backgrounds,total factor industrial water use efficiency is more comprehensive and comparable than single factor industrial water use efficiency.In the future,we can use single factor industrial water use efficiency to evaluate the level of industrial water in different regions and different years,together with the total factor industrial water use efficiency.2,Using the lorenz curve and gini coefficient analysis single factor industrial water efficiency balanced situation in anhui province,results show that: The Gini coefficient of industrial water use efficiency during 2011-2015 in Anhui Province was 15%~20%,which was in the "absolute average" stage.3,Using the SFA model calculated total factor industrial water use efficiency from the year of 2011 to 2015,results show that: In Northern of Anhui Province water use efficiency was relatively low,with an average of 0.579,of which Huaibei had the highest water use efficiency,with an average of 0.757;In middle and south of Anhui Province water use efficiency is almost equal,with number of 0.634 and 0.642 respectively,amost of them Huangshan and Hefei City with high water efficiency were 0.880 and 0.877.In terms of regional water efficiency growth,In Northern of Anhui Province the highest water use efficiency was 0.172.In middle and south of Anhui Province water use efficiency is with number of 0.163 and 0.162 respectively.By analyzing the water saving potential on base of SFA model calculating indicate that Huainan,Lu'an and Anqing City has a greater potential for water-saving.4,This paper uses the method of principal component regression to explore the factors influencing the efficiency of industrial water in Anhui Province,added value of heavy industry accounted for the proportion of industrial added value has a significant negative impact on industrial water use efficiency;The proportion of the third industry has a significant positive effect on industrial water use efficiency.For the northern of Anhui Province the influence of Policy is the most significant,for the middle and southern of Anhui Province industrial strucure is most significantly.
