In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the bridge has been undertaking greatly growing transit volume of traffic.The structure of the bridge has gradually developed to be more novelty and complexity,which has greatly increased the difficulty of design,construction and management.However,along with the rapid development of computer technology,information technology revolution has become the only way for the development of China's construction industry.In China's civil engineering field,BIM technology has gradually been valued and popularized and achieved some success,because of its high efficiency,the whole process control and many other advantages.However,the application of BIM technology still have many deficiencies.First,compared with other fields,the application of BIM in bridge engineering has been studied less.Second,there is information island between BIM software and other complex nonlinear structural analysis software,and there are some problems such as poor communication and difficult management in construction.First,the data conversion program DICTA is constructed in this paper,taking the Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 as the development platform,and using the VB.NET programming language and the API data interface provided by Tekla Structures software.Next,the steel truss continuous grider bridge with the main span of 224 meters are used as engineering examples in this articles.Through DICTA to establish a three-dimensional BIM model in the Tekla software,and then the relevant information got by DICTA will be converted to ANSYS APDL command flow.The ANSYS software was called for the calculation and analysis,and the analysis results were expressed in the Tekla model,which verified the feasibility of the program.Last,a series of operations are carried out on the basis of the built BIM model,and a detailed study was conducted to know the application situation and the advantages of BIM technology in the bridge construction stage combined with BIM's characteristics.The data conversion interface program between Tekla and ANSYS is established,which realizes the data information link between BIM software and finite element software,and effectively solves the problem of structural calculation and analysis of model.In addition,the research of the application of BIM technology in bridge construction phase proved that it was helpful to optimize the design scheme,reduce the errors and flaws in the construction drawing,improve the safety,reduce the rework,shorten the construction period,save the cost and many other advantages.Therefore,this paper has carried on the system research to the complex steel truss continuous girder bridge,which has a very good engineering practical significance.
